Serving Our Neighbors (SON) Ministries partners with and brings hope to children and families in need in the Hilliard area.
SON Ministries has grown from a summer lunch program in 2007 to a faith-based
non-profit which has built healthy,
respect-based relationships with more than 400 families in need in the Hilliard area.
We have emerged as the connector in the Hilliard area administering excellent programs, addressing needs, and connecting people who want to help, with those who need help.
We work in our community running four intertwined programs:

Hilliard Free Lunch Summer Camp for Kids serves lunch and breakfast as well as provides summer activity for children in low income families.

Community Education helps eliminate gaps in services needed for families in our community to take steps out of poverty.

Connecting Families to Resources helps make available possible resources to help meet our families basic needs.

Kid’s Club provides school year tutoring, homework help, and activities for children in need in our community.
Through our efforts families have been connected with food, tutoring, preschool, English classes, legal help, job help, and most importantly to HOPE and to their community.
We offer a hand up as we Serve Our Neighbors. We come beside families with encouragement and resources to meet their basic needs allowing God to empower them
to move forward.
